ZOSI NVR Security Kits
About this product
Choose this kit when you already know you need eight views on day one: a house with several doors and a long drive, or a small business with a front entrance, a rear door and a parking area. All eight channels on the NVR come filled with 5MP cameras, which ZOSI describes as weatherproof bullets with 120ft IR night vision.
In the box, according to ZOSI:
- An 8-channel NVR rated for 4K/8MP recording, with a 2TB surveillance hard drive pre-loaded.
- Eight 5MP PoE bullet cameras, each powered and connected by one Ethernet cable, so no separate adapters or outlets.
- H.265+ compression, which ZOSI credits with 50% longer recording time on the same drive.
Daily use leans on the software. Human and vehicle detection screens out much of the motion you don't care about, each camera gets its own detection zones, and alerts arrive as app notifications or emails with a snapshot attached. When you go back through footage, smart event search jumps straight to person, vehicle or motion events, and privacy masks hide areas you shouldn't record, such as a neighbor's window. The ZOSI Smart app and the AVSS Client give remote access on phones, tablets and PCs with no extra fees.
Thinking past eight cameras? The product name for this kit includes 16CH Expandable, so read the product details on what extra hardware that expansion needs before buying a ninth camera.
