About ZOSI Security
ZOSI Security is home to the ZOSI camera range: wired 4K PoE kits that record to a local hard drive, plus the cameras you add as your setup grows. Whether you're watching one front door or a whole property, we want to help you choose the right kit the first time.
What's in the range
| Line | What it is | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| C220 kits | Fixed PoE cameras with an NVR, from four-camera starters to 16-channel kits | Homes and small shops that want many fixed views |
| C296 and C290 kits | Pan-tilt PoE cameras with an NVR | Fewer cameras covering more ground by moving |
| Bullet systems | C186, C105 and other bullet-camera PoE kits | Longer outdoor views along driveways and fences |
| Add-on cameras | PoE domes, bullets and pan-tilt pairs | Expanding a compatible recorder |
| WiFi and solar | Window, solar pan-tilt, dual-lens and indoor 360° cameras | Spots where running cable isn't practical |

Choosing a system in three questions
- Fixed or moving? Fixed domes keep a steady eye on set areas; pan-tilt cameras sweep and follow. C220 vs C296 weighs the two.
- How many cameras, at what resolution? Kits come in 8 and 16 channels with 4MP, 5MP or 8MP cameras. Many products offer several versions, so match the camera count, channel count and hard drive size to the option you select. How to Choose a ZOSI System walks through it.
- Can you run cable? PoE kits need an Ethernet run to each camera. WiFi and solar models fill the gaps where that's hard.
