ZOSI PoE Camera Kits

Complete ZOSI systems with the recorder, cameras and hard drive in one box. Most are wired PoE kits, where one Ethernet cable powers each camera and carries its video: C220 fixed domes, C296 and C290 pan-tilt cameras, a C298 dual-lens kit and two 5MP starter systems. The 3K Lite system is the exception, a coax DVR kit with sixteen 1080p cameras. Every ZOSI kit's channels, cameras and drive size sit in one table in our ZOSI review.

Who it's for

DIY homeowners and small shops installing wired cameras with local hard-drive recording and no monthly fee.

What you'll find

• Fixed-dome C220 kits from four to sixteen cameras, at 4MP or 8MP, with 2TB or 4TB drives and 100ft night vision.
• Pan-tilt kits: the C296 8CH 4K PoE, 6×5MP Pan-Tilt, 2TB and the C290 16CH 4K PoE, 16×8MP Pan-Tilt, 4TB, whose cameras turn and follow movement.
• The C298 8CH 4K PoE, 4×8MP Dual-Lens PT, 2TB, with two lenses in each pan-tilt camera.
• Value 5MP systems on an 8-channel 4K NVR, with dome cameras rated for 80ft at night or bullets rated for 120ft.
• The 3K Lite 16CH, 16×2MP, 3TB, a coax DVR system with sixteen cameras that also works on a monitor with no internet.

How to choose

Start with the views you need, not the camera count in the box. Walk around the house and list each door, gate, driveway and side path, then add one or two for later. If that number is well under the recorder's channel count, a kit with open channels such as the C220 16CH 4K NVR, 10×4MP Domes, 4TB leaves room to grow; if every channel is filled on day one, plan on ZOSI's PoE switch expansion before adding more. Next, pick the camera style. Fixed domes are discreet under eaves and give one steady view. Pan-tilt cameras cost you a little clearance around the mount but can sweep a whole yard and follow a person across it. For detail at a distance, such as reading a plate at the end of a drive, look at 8MP kits. Finally, think about the drive: more cameras at higher resolution fill a 2TB disk faster, so busy properties suit the 4TB kits. Every PoE kit here records locally and gives remote viewing in the ZOSI Smart app with no subscription.
